- Go to www.allergancustomer.com (Google Chrome Recommended) choose your country (Australia or New Zealand) and then “Create Account”. Submit your information to receive an automatic email with your Online Account Management username and link to setup your password.
- Before you commence the online application form, please ensure that you have the following documentation ready to upload into our online portal.
- A current copy of the prescriber’s AHPRA registration certificate (AU) / medical license (NZ). The prescriber should be an authorised prescriber (e.g: Nurse Practitioners, Medical Doctors (GPs and Specialists), Dentists).
- Photo identification – valid driver's license or passport.
- Valid ABN (AU) / NZBN or Company Number (NZ).
- Shipping address of your licensed premises to receive therapeutic goods/schedule 4 products/prescription medicines.
- If you wish to apply for credit terms, please provide 3 trade references that your business trades with. Trade references are individuals, businesses, or suppliers (excluding utility providers) that can provide information about a company's creditworthiness and payment history.
- Once you have this information ready, please open Google Chrome (other browsers may have compatibility issues with the online application portal) and proceed to www.allergancustomer.com.
- Follow the necessary steps to complete your application. This process consists of 2 stages and should take a maximum of 10 minutes to complete.
- Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be sent an opening order form to submit your first order.
- This process takes 2 business days to complete if all of the relevant information is correct and the opening order has been received.

- Upon completion of your online application, you will receive an email requesting an “Opening Order” to activate your account setup. After this opening order is placed and account setup is finalised you will receive access to Online Ordering with Allergan Direct. NOTE: If no opening order is placed within 30 days, your application will automatically close.
- Complete the opening order form and email back the order for Allergan to finalise your account setup. NOTE: QLD order form should be signed by the prescribing doctor as per QLD Department of Health requirements. All other States not required.
- Please place “New Account” next to Account No. and "Opening order" next to purchase order number on the form.
- Once we have received your opening order, it can take around 2 business days to set up your account.
- If the order is urgent, please make sure you let us know so that we can do what we can to assist. If you are not ready to receive your order and would like us to hold it for a later date, please also let us know.
- Please be advised that we are unable to deliver products to a private address unless the premises are licensed to receive Therapeutic goods / Schedule 4 products / Prescription medicines.
- Payment for the opening order can be made via credit card (please contact Customer Service or Finance Team on 1800 252 224 (Australia) or 0800 659 912 (New Zealand)) or via bank transfer (please use bank details provided in the order form and email payment slip to Allergan). Once payment has been made, your order will be dispatched for delivery.

- All future orders should be placed online on AU: www.allergandirect.com.au / NZ: www.allergandirect.co.nz. You can log in using your email address and password that you would have set on the Allergan Customer website (the account will be active on Allergan Direct 5 hours after receiving the automatic email with your account number). You will then be able to place, manage and track your orders online.
